As the founder of Evolve Co. by Erika, I’m a personal trainer, Pilates & Barre instructor, and online coach passionate about helping you build strength, move with purpose, and create a sustainable lifestyle that truly fits your life.

Through intentional movement and a supportive, results-driven approach, I help you feel confident, capable, and empowered — both in and out of the gym.
